Events & leisure vehicle graphics.

Event crew vans, club minibuses and promotional vehicles. Graphics that get noticed in a crowd, at a ground or on a campaign tour.

Event vehicle graphics are seen, photographed and shared at a show's busiest moments, so they need to look sharp up close and stay legible in the background of other people's pictures.

Vehicles that are part of the show.

Event and leisure vehicles are often seen at their busiest moments: a production van unloading at a festival, a club minibus arriving at an away fixture, a branded vehicle parked at the entrance of a show. They are photographed, filmed and shared, so the graphics carry well beyond the people who see them in person.

Each type has a different purpose. An event company wants to look capable and organised to clients and venues. A sports club wants members, parents and sponsors to feel proud of the minibus. A promotional vehicle is a moving advert for a launch or campaign, sometimes for a few weeks only, so it needs to come off cleanly afterwards.

Timing matters more here than in most sectors. An event date or season start does not move, so we agree the design, production and fitting plan at the outset, rather than working backwards from a fixed lead time. Tell us the date the vehicle needs to be ready in your first message.

We also produce race and rally car graphics with sponsor layouts and matching support vehicles; see race car graphics. For event banners and displays alongside the vehicle, see our signage service.

Planning event vehicle graphics around a fixed date

Sports club minibus graphics for every fixture

A club minibus is a source of pride for members and parents and a visible thank-you to sponsors. Sports club minibus graphics usually combine the crest, club colours and sponsor logos, with the club name large enough to read across a car park. Agree sponsor positions early, and leave room to change logos when agreements are renewed.

Promotional vehicle wrap for a campaign

A promotional vehicle wrap may only need to last for a launch or a summer tour. Tell us how long the design needs to stay on, because that shapes the material and how the vehicle is returned to standard afterwards. Plan the removal date as carefully as the launch date, especially if the vehicle is leased or will be sold after the campaign.

Event trailer graphics that arrive first

Production crews often arrive before anyone else and leave last, so the trailer is the brand that venue staff and clients see most. Event trailer graphics should show the company name and web address clearly on both sides and the rear, with space kept clear around doors, ramps and the hitch. We quote trailers individually from photos and measurements.

Give us the date the vehicle must be ready in your first message, and we will plan event vehicle graphics around it. Contact us to start.

Options and prices.

Short campaigns and long-term livery

Built to last, or built to come off.

Tell us how long the graphics need to stay on. A club minibus may keep its livery for years, while a promotional vehicle may be branded for a single campaign. Vinyl graphics are semi-permanent, so both are possible; the right film and coverage depend on the timescale.

For vans fitted within 30 miles of our Norwich workshop our published packages apply. Minibuses, trailers and wraps are quoted. Prices are “from” and + VAT, confirmed by quotation.

Have a campaign date? Tell us at the start so we can agree design, production and fitting around it.

Practical points for events and leisure.

Sponsor logos. Get each sponsor’s approval and official artwork before we design. Agree the order and size of logos with them, and leave room if sponsors may change next season.

Rear windows. One-way vision film can carry graphics across bus and minibus rear windows. Check what is permitted on windows the driver needs to see through before choosing coverage.

Passenger vehicles. Minibuses used to carry members or the public may have licensing or signage requirements. Check the current rules with your licensing authority or governing body.

Short-term campaigns. For promotional vehicles, check any lease or hire agreement and agree the removal date when you book.

Designed to be photographed. Event vehicles end up in the background of photographs and video. Keep the brand bold and simple, and put the web address or social handle where cameras will catch it.

Montego race car with sponsor livery

From the brief to the big day.

Brief and deadline.

Send photographs of the vehicle, your artwork or sponsor files, and the date it needs to be on the road.

Mock-up.

We produce a mock-up on the vehicle, so sponsors and committees can approve it before production.

Print in-house.

Full-colour graphics are printed on our 8-colour, 1440dpi printers, using 3M and Metamark materials.

Fit, then remove.

We fit at the Norwich workshop. For campaigns, we can also plan removal once the promotion ends.

What to send us.

  • Photographs of the vehicle or trailer from every side, with the make and model.
  • Logo files and sponsor artwork, with confirmation each sponsor has approved its use.
  • How long the graphics need to stay on, and any removal date.
  • Whether the vehicle is owned, leased or hired.
  • For minibuses, any signs or wording your licensing authority or governing body requires.
  • The date the vehicle needs to be ready.
