Health, care & public sector vehicle graphics.

Home care cars, mobile clinics, charity vans, school minibuses and council fleets. Clear identification, handled with care.

Public sector vehicle graphics are about recognition and trust rather than selling, and we design them around the brand and identification rules your organisation or commissioner sets.

Small mixed fleet outside a Norfolk community centre: a home care car with door logo, a charity minibus and a council van, all in matching branding

Identification, trust and the rules that apply.

Vehicles in health, care and public service carry a different kind of message. They are less about selling and more about being recognised: a carer arriving at a client’s home, a mobile clinic in a car park, a charity minibus collecting members, or a council van on a housing estate. People need to see quickly who you are and that you are expected.

Several of these vehicles are regulated, or work for clients who set strict brand and identification rules. School transport, patient transport and anything that might be mistaken for an emergency vehicle all need particular care. We design around the requirements your organisation, commissioner or licensing authority gives us, and we will not copy emergency-service livery: battenburg-style patterns and similar markings are restricted.

Discretion matters too. Some care providers prefer modest branding outside clients’ homes, while a fundraising charity wants to be seen as widely as possible. The trade pages below cover both ends of that scale.

Public sector vehicle graphics: sign-off, standards and rollout

Council fleet livery to a brand standard

Council fleet livery typically covers pool cars, vans and specialist vehicles bought at different times. Start from the authority's brand guidelines and agree one proof per vehicle type for sign-off, so later vehicles can be produced without repeating approvals. Cut-vinyl identification is quick to change when a department or contract changes, which helps fleets that move between services.

Care company car graphics, kept discreet

Carers often visit clients who would rather not advertise that they receive support. Care company car graphics can be kept modest: a small logo on the doors, or removable options for staff using their own cars. Ask your managers how staff feel about branded cars before deciding, and keep the contact details simple so families can find you.

School minibus graphics and required signs

School minibuses carry the crest and school name, but some may also need signs that apply to school transport. School minibus graphics should be planned around those signs first, so nothing conflicts with or obscures them. Send us the school's requirements and photos of the minibus, and we will lay out the branding in the space that remains.

Share your brand guidelines, any identification rules and your fleet list, and we will prepare public sector vehicle graphics ready for approval. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Options and prices.

Cars, vans and minibuses

Clear, consistent and easy to update.

Many organisations here run mixed fleets, and vehicles change hands between services. Simple cut-vinyl identification is quick to update when a department, contract or phone number changes, while printed livery gives a stronger identity for public-facing vehicles.

For vans fitted within 30 miles of our Norwich workshop the published packages below apply. Minibuses, buses, cars in volume and fleet rollouts are quoted. Prices are “from” and + VAT, confirmed by quotation.

Practical points for public-facing vehicles.

Regulated vehicles. School transport, patient transport and passenger vehicles can carry specific signage or marking requirements. Check the current rules with your licensing authority, commissioner or the school, and send us the approved wording.

No emergency-style livery. Do not ask for battenburg, chequered or other emergency-service patterns, or words that could be confused with them. They are restricted, and we will design a clear identity that is your own.

Discreet when needed. For home visits, a small door logo can be enough. Agree the level of branding with your safeguarding and client-care teams.

Charity details. Many charities show their registered number on vehicles. Check the guidance that applies to your organisation and include the wording you need.

Funding and donor credits. Vehicles bought with grants or donations sometimes carry a funder’s logo. Check the funder’s rules on size and wording, and get their artwork and approval before we design.

Your questions. Answered.

Can our minibus look like an ambulance so people give way?

No. Emergency-service livery, including battenburg-style patterns, is restricted and we will not copy it. We can design clear, high-contrast branding that identifies your organisation.

What signs does a school minibus need?

That depends on how the vehicle is used. Check the current requirements with your local authority, licensing authority or the school’s transport policy, then send us the approved wording.

Can carers have removable graphics on their own cars?

Vinyl graphics are semi-permanent and can be removed. Tell us whether the cars are staff-owned or leased so we can discuss the best approach and removal at the end.

Can you match an existing fleet livery?

Yes. Send the brand guidelines, existing artwork and photographs of current vehicles, and we will match the layout on new ones.

How are fleet prices worked out?

Vans start from £149 + VAT (Basic) when fitted within 30 miles of Norwich. Minibuses, buses and fleet rollouts are quoted by vehicle type and coverage.
