Modular exhibition stands.
Plan a coordinated exhibition space around your team, message and event calendar. Modular displays bring reusable components together in layouts suited to the stand footprint.
DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT ↗
A display that can grow with your events.
Modular stands are assembled from a specified system of components. They can support a consistent presentation across different events, but the possible configurations depend on the hardware selected. Start with the spaces you expect to book and the activities the stand needs to accommodate.
Make it work for your project.
Considered design. Planned installation.
The right specification.
Consider where visitors stop, how the team starts a conversation and where demonstrations or brochures belong. Keep storage and access in the plan from the start. A large backdrop is useful only if the stand remains comfortable to enter and the central message can be understood quickly.
Ready for the site.
Confirm the venue manual, permitted height, footprint and any material or electrical requirements. Transport cases, vehicle capacity, assembly time and the number of people needed affect the practical choice. We agree the supplied items and any installation service in the quotation rather than assuming all event services are included.

Your questions. Answered.
Can the same system fit different stand sizes?
Some modular systems offer multiple configurations. We check the specific layouts and components needed before recommending a system.
Can graphics be replaced later?
Replacement graphics may be available for the selected hardware. Keep the system details and artwork templates for future orders.
Is event installation included?
Only where agreed in the quotation. Tell us whether you need supply, delivery, assembly or dismantling so responsibilities are clear.
