Aluminium composite combines aluminium outer skins with a core. It offers a rigid face for graphics without being a solid aluminium plate. The exact grade, thickness and construction matter: different composite panels should not be treated as interchangeable just because they share a material description.

Tell us whether the panel will be indoors, outdoors, sheltered or exposed. Dimensions, support spacing and fixing positions influence the specification, as do any fire-performance requirements for the application. We agree artwork, colour references, panel joins and finishing before manufacture.
Ready for the site.
For an exterior or coastal site, the supporting structure, fixings, edges and graphic finish need attention alongside the sheet itself. A durable panel does not create a guaranteed service life for the complete sign. We can discuss the proposed position, maintenance access and replacement plans when preparing the quotation.

Is aluminium composite suitable outdoors?
Suitable grades can be considered for exterior signage. The complete panel, graphic system and mounting must be specified for the site.
Is every aluminium composite panel DIBOND?
No. DIBOND is a particular brand. The quotation should identify the proposed material rather than using a brand name for all composite sheets.
Can an existing panel be updated?
Sometimes. Its condition, coating and existing graphics determine whether replacement graphics are practical. Photographs are a useful starting point.
